Our classes are designed to increase confidence, build self-esteem and develop coordination in an interactive, group environment. Parent Child Yoga Classes still accepting students
Our Parent-Child Yoga class continues this week for parents and their children ages 5-9. Spend quality time with your child while reducing stress and cultivating a peaceful state of mind and body. Yoga teaches relaxation, attention techniques, concentration and is a great outlet for self expression. It enhances self esteem, flexibility and over all fitness. Mondays 6:30-7:15PM, 2/2, 2/8 & 2/22. $45/ parent-child pair for 3 classes. Call or email The Dance Corner to sign up.

The Dance Corner shop will be open for shoe and dancewear sales and to answer any questions you might have about our programs the following times this week: MON 2/8- 4:00-6:15PM, TUES 2/9- 4:30-8:00PM, WED 2/10- 5:30-7:30PM, THURS 2/11- 3:30-7:30PM, FRI 2/12- 6:00-6:45PM, SAT 2/13- 9:30-10:30AM. |
